Mr. Tek Bahadur (TB) Poudel, Chairman of Motherland Group, holds a Bachelor's degree and is a visionary entrepreneur who laid the foundation of Motherland Overseas Pvt. Ltd. in 2002, during his early 20s. Through dedication and strategic leadership, he expanded the business into what is now known as the Motherland Group of Companies.

Under his guidance, the Group launched Motherland Skill Academy, one of Nepal’s premier training institutions offering internationally recognised courses such as CISRS Scaffolding and IRATA Rope Access Certifications — setting new benchmarks in skills development and workforce readiness.

As Chairman, Mr. Poudel plays a pivotal role in upholding strong corporate governance while working closely with the management team to build trusted relationships with clients, candidates, employees, regulatory authorities, and global partners. His leadership reflects a deep commitment to operational excellence, ethical practices, and global workforce empowerment.

Managing Director-Motherland Group

PS Limboo holds an MBA in Human Resources Management, brings with him over 2 decades of extensive experience in Human Resources- proficient in overseeing the entire recruitment process (180-360 degree recruitment) including human resources planning, selection, recruitment. He has held various positions across Nepal & GCC in diverse fields from Educator to Managing Director.

General Manager

Monica Rai Bohora, a woman with strong willpower, dedication, perseverance and passion for her professional work, is working as General Manager of Motherland Overseas Pvt Ltd. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of North Bengal, India. In addition to her academic degree, she also has an additional qualification in medical background. 

She has been working since 2009 in Motherland past 12 years. Her passion and determination have vastly improved the productivity of the organization. She believes that there is no alternative for hard work and persistency and dedication is the key to success.

As a general manager, she is working with proven ability to provide strategic leadership the projects are well carried out and executed successfully.
